Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund service for anyone unhappy with their items so long as we receive the item back in it's original condition within 14 days since the item was delivered.

After 14 days you have the option to exchange your item or receive credit to spend on our website as long as we receive the item back in it's original condition within 28 days since the item was delivered.

When will my order arrive?

All orders are sent of using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We aim to have your order delivered to your desired location within 3-5 working days. If you have ordered before 3PM Monday - Friday your order will be dispatched the same working day.

What if my items are damaged/wrong?

If you have received any damaged items please return them to the following address: Riari Ltd, Unit 312, 8 Cody Road, London, E16 4SR.

If you have received the wrong item please email us at: info@riari.co.uk so we can arrange to correct your order.

Can I change something on my order?

Once you have made your order, it is unlikely that we can make changes unless you contact us before we dispatch your order. Therefore any changes you would like to make be sure to email us immediately at: info@riari.co.uk

Why has my order been cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com, if not email: info@riari.co.uk so we can assist you further.
